City seeks Community Services Advisory Committee member

Lloydminster, AB/SK – The City of Lloydminster is seeking one volunteer to join the Community Services Advisory Committee.

The committee provides recommendations to City Council on grant funding allocations and advises on matters related to social policy and community programs. Members play an important role in supporting the well-being and development of Lloydminster’s residents through community-based initiatives.

Committee member duties include:

• Reviewing grant application packages prepared by the Social Programs and Services department
• Attending grant allocation meetings
• Meeting with community organizations at the request of the committee chair
• Supporting Social Programs and Services initiatives
