Downtown snow removal beginning December 14 (3)

Lloydminster, AB/SK – Crews will begin downtown snow removal on Sunday, December 14, starting at 9 p.m.

Work is expected to take one to two nights, depending on weather conditions and snow accumulation. Crews will be removing snow from roadways to improve safety and maintain access in the downtown core.

Temporary parking bans are in effect during active snow removal. Vehicles parked in restricted areas may be ticketed or towed at the owner’s expense to allow crews to complete the work efficiently.

Residents and businesses are asked to plan ahead and remove vehicles from affected areas during the scheduled snow removal period.
