Mental Health Working Group offers free two-day Mental Health First Aid training

Lloydminster, AB/SK – The Mental Health Working Group is inviting residents to participate in a free, two-day Mental Health First Aid training designed to help community members recognize and respond to signs of mental health challenges in others.

The certified course will be held on November 25 and 26, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days. Participants will learn how to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental health problem and how to connect them with appropriate professional care.

The training is free to attend, but lunch is not provided. A fridge and microwave will be available on site for participant use.

Space is limited, and registration is required.
