Seniors Information Fair set for March 12

Lloydminster, AB/SK – Seniors in Lloydminster are invited to attend a free afternoon of learning, connection, and community on Wednesday, March 12, at the Legacy Centre.

Hosted in partnership with the Lloydminster Learning Council Association, the drop-in event will run from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Legacy Centre (5101 46 Street). No registration is required.

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with more than 25 senior-focused committees and organizations, each sharing information on a range of topics, including health, safety, recreation, housing, and more.

Complimentary resources will be available for the first 100 attendees. Refreshments will be available for all participants.

Breakout sessions will include:

• Movement for Independence with Servus Sports Centre fitness specialists
• Aging: What’s Normal, What’s Not with Dr. Antonio

This event is designed to help seniors explore available supports, ask questions, and learn more about programs and services in the community.
