Cenovus Energy Hub Golf Tournament

Join us on Thursday, July 17, for the second annual golf tournament hosted by the Friends of Cenovus Energy Hub fundraising committee as part of the Fill The Seats campaign to help raise funds for Lloydminster’s future recreation, sport, and event facility.

The tournament will include a round of 18 holes followed by a steak dinner with live entertainment and an auction presented by the Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers.

Time: 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Last year’s inaugural golf tournament raised over $40,000 for the Fill The Seats campaign in support of Cenovus Energy Hub, the largest event facility of its kind in the region.

Cenovus Energy Hub is not just a project; it's a promise to our community. More than a hockey arena, more than a concert venue, this inclusive and accessible space will unite people from Lloydminster and beyond to create community through extraordinary experiences, celebration, and fun.

Golf Tournament

The tournament will include a round of 18 holes of golf, giving teams a chance to connect with local businesses and build connections in the community – all while supporting a good cause.

Teams will consist of four golfers each. Individual golfers are welcome and will be grouped into teams of four.

Where: Lloydminster Golf and Curling Centre

Time: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Cost: $250 per golfer

Banquet

A banquet for friends and teammates alike will follow the tournament. Grab your tickets for a steak dinner with live entertainment from Scott Patey, an actor, comedian and Lloydminster-born talent. Maz Entertainment will be providing music throughout the evening. You’ll have the opportunity to take home some great items from the live auction presented by the Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers.

Cost: $50 per person

The golf tournament and banquet are adults only (19+).
