Join our certified Mental Health First Aid training course, designed to give you the skills to recognize and respond to mental health challenges in others, whether it’s a friend, family member, coworker, or someone you don’t know.

Course Details

  • Organizer: Social Policy Framework – Mental Health Working Group

  • Format: Two-day in-person training

  • Dates Available:

    • December 4 & 5

    • December 16 & 17

  • Time: Approximately 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (both days)

  • Cost: Free — lunch is not included; you’re welcome to bring your own. A fridge and microwave will be available on-site.
