Seniors Information Fair
Join the FCSS Lloydminster, the Lloydminster Learning Council Association and Lloydminster City Council for the annual Seniors Information Fair.
This event aims to provide citizens aged 55+ with an opportunity to learn more about the many supports, initiatives and programs geared towards seniors in our community. This drop-in styled event is available from 1 to 3 pm at the Lloydminster Legacy Centre (5101 46 Street).
Breakout Sessions
New to this year’s event, attendees will be invited to take part in two breakout sessions:

Movement for Independent Living with Servus Sports Centre’s Fitness Specialists

Join Jaylene and Gabby, Fitness Specialists, for a 30-minute session focused on staying strong, mobile, and independent. Learn why mobility matters as we age and discover simple, practical movements that support everyday tasks like turning, reaching and getting dressed with confidence. Leave feeling empowered and in control of your quality of life.

Aging: What’s Normal, What’s Not with Dr. Antonio
- Join Dr. Antonio for a focused 30-minute session on normal ageing and what deserves medical attention. Learn which changes in memory, thinking, mood, sleep and physical health are a natural part of ageing and which signs shouldn’t be ignored. Gain clarity on key warning symptoms and understand why early assessment matters in maintaining independence and quality of life.
No registration is required, attendees can join these sessions throughout the event.
