Winterfest
The City of Lloydminster is hosting Winterfest 2026, presented by L&A CPA LLP on Monday, February 16 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
As a Family Day tradition, Winterfest is hosted annually at multiple City of Lloydminster facilities for the community to enjoy and be active together. This event features family-friendly indoor and outdoor activities for all ages.
Locations include the Bioclean Aquatic Centre, Bud Miller All Seasons Park, Cenovus Energy Hub, Lloydminster Golf and Curling Centre, Lloydminster Museum + Archives and Servus Sports Centre.

Locations and Activities
Bioclean Aquatic Centre
- Free public swimming from 12 - 3 p.m. sponsored by Canadian Natural
Bud Miller All Seasons Park
From 12 to 3 p.m.:
- Colouring activity in the Nature Room.
- Outdoor Skating Party with entertainment Sponsored by Nordic Mechanical Services
- Horse drawn wagon rides and shinny.

Cenovus Energy Hub
- Hosting a para hockey try day from 1 to 3 p.m. Bring a hockey helmet, gloves and warm footwear. Sleds and equipment are provided.
Lloydminster Golf and Curling Centre
- Enjoy family curling with members of the Lloydminster Curling Club.
- Please bring indoor shoes as outdoor footwear is not permitted on the ice. Sign up as you arrive.
- Craft in Peter Cushner room
- Hot refreshments provided by L&A CPA LLP and Tim Hortons.
Lloydminster Museum + Archives
- Free admission sponsored by Manitoulin Transport
- Heritage demonstrations, craft in the Art Studio, view the Edwardian Era in the West and permanent gallery.
Servus Sports Centre
- Family Puck and Stick 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Families with children 12 years and younger)
- Indoor Shinny for all ages from 1 to 3 p.m.
- Indoor public skating on Holmes Arena and Leisure Ice.
