Development Permit Weekly Notice of Decisions

A list of the latest issued development permits is available here. These permits become valid 21 days after their issuance date. During this period, the decision or conditions of the permit may be appealed.

                                                                                           

Public Notices

A list of discretionary use and variance applications is available here. Applications of this nature are subject to the review based on considerations outlined in Land Use Bylaw 05-2025. Affected parties have 14 days from the date these applications are posted to comment. Statements will be reviewed and considered before a decision is made. These permits are valid after 21 days of their issuance date. During this period, the decisions or conditions of the permit may be appealed.
